Notre réponse: Il existe 5 auxiliaires de mode en néerlandais: kunnen, moeten, mogen, willen et zullen. A noter que ce dernier est l'auxiliaire du futur. Les 4 autres ont tous leur sens précis et se conjuguent d'une autre façon... Comme en français, l'auxiliaire de mode est toujours accompagné d'un infinitif (à l'exception de willen) qui est placé en fin de phrase. Kunnen peut signifier : pouvoir (être capable de) : Ik kan niets daarover zeggen (je ne peux rien dire à ce sujet). savoir (avoir appris) : Ik kan zwemmen (je sais nager). Moeten signifie devoir, falloir (obligation, conseil): Je moet studeren! Ik moet een dokter raadplegen, ... (tu dois étudier! je dois consulter un médecin). Mogen signifie pouvoir, avoir la permission: De leerlingen mogen voetbal spelen (les élèves ont la permission de jouer au football). Willen exprime toujours une volonté, un souhait ou une offre: Kris wil dokter worden. Voor mijn verjaardag wil ik een fiets. Wil je een cola drinken? (Kris veut devenir médecin. pour mon anniversaire, je veux un vélo. veux-tu boire un cola?) Dans une phrase subordonnée, càd une phrase qui commence par une conjonction de subordination, il y a rejet du verbe en fin de subordonnée. De federale regering heeft de gewesten een compromisvoorstel gedaan waarover ze zich woensdag moeten uitspreken. Nadien zitten de drie regeringen opnieuw samen. Het voorstel van de federale regering houdt in dat DHL in en rond Zaventem een Europees operationeel centrum mag uitbouwen. Daarvoor mag het koerierbedrijf tot 22.1OO nachtvluchten per jaar uitvoeren. In totaal zouden in Zaventem dan maximaal 28.000 nachtvluchten mogen worden uitgevoerd. Door een reeks maatregelen zou de totale geluidsoverlast in het voorstel op termijn wel afnemen. Zo engageerde DHL om haar vloot te moderniseren en geluidsarmer te maken. Eenmaal dat gebeurd is, zou het aantal nachtvluchten boven Brussel ook toenemen. Ook andere maatschappijen die nachtvluchten uitvoeren, moeten voldoen aan een aantal voorwaarden. DHL neemt akte van het feit dat er dinsdag nog geen akkoord bereikt is over het dossier.
